We hope you love your items, but we know sometimes things just don't work out! If you have an item that doesn’t work out or is defective send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned for an exchange within 12 days of receiving your items. Each item must have its original tags, unwashed/unworn and must be free of odors. No returns on jewelry. All sales items are final, so please read description before purchasing. Items that are all sales final. We only offer store credit/gift card for returns only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
